CAPT has reached a tentative contract agreement with the state. The tentative agreement was reached June 16, 2010, and was ratified by a vote of CAPT members and fee-payers July 20, 2010. It will now be considered by the Legislature, and finally signed by the governor. We will keep you informed of the agreement's progress. Highlights of the tentative agreement are available.
